Marie Josiane Ngah

Marie Josiane is the West Africa Democracy Solidarity Network’s (WADEMOS) Project
Coordinator for francophone West Africa.
She is a governance and public policy analyst and a monitoring and evaluation specialist in
socio-economic development programs. She has a wealth of experience working with non-
profit and international organizations to improve the use of evidence to inform policy and
program design and implementation.
Prior to joining the Network, Marie Josiane was the Country Officer and Monitoring,
Evaluation, and Learning Lead at PACKS Africa in Ghana. Before her role at PACKS Africa, she
served at the African Union Commission Department of Trade and Industry as a Policy
Analyst in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the International Relations
Institute of Cameroon. She is also an alumna of the Building State Capability Program of the
Center for International Development at Harvard University.
She is a member of the Africa Evidence Network based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
