The story details how Kunle sent an enquiry to twenty-six (26) official email addresses belonging to twenty-four (24) federal ministries of Nigeria including the Office of the Secretary to Government of the Federation (OSGF), but received replies from only four ministries. The report demonstrated lack of sufficient regard for the place of digital information in the public sector and low citizen-authority responsiveness in the digital space.
