Ebere is a Nigerian lawyer and gender advocate. She is the president of Women in Politics Forum and the Director of the Centre for Gender Education Rights at Gregory University, Uturu, Abia State.
Her zeal for women’s rights, especially in politics and governance, has led to collaborations with other women’s rights advocates, with whom she has worked on five gender bills.
Ebere is also a mediator and a former national publicity secretary of the Labour Party in Nigeria.
