As 2014 comes to an end, the MFWA thanks all its correspondents, donors, partners, the media and all other stakeholders for your unrelenting support for our work in the year. The year in review saw the MFWA undertaking numerous projects under our Free Expression Monitoring and Campaign and our Media, Democracy and Development Programmes. A number of research activities under these programme areas resulted in several monthly and quarterly reports on Freedom of Expression situation in West Africa, Ethical standards in the Ghanaian media and the level of women’s participation in public discourse programmes on selected radio stations in Ghana.
